Questions before the first conversation

Does the consultant finder assess my eligibility?

No. We only use your preferred language and the service you select to show consultants who work in that area. To discuss eligibility, book a consultation.

What information does the finder store?

The finder does not save its answers. If you book through Calendly, the name, email, booking details and answers to Calendly’s required questions are copied to a restricted CRM database after confirmation so the team can coordinate the consultation.

Can I review every consultant?

Yes. You can view every profile at any time and choose the consultant you would like to speak with.

Where does booking happen?

When you click the booking button, we will take you to the consultant’s Calendly page, where you can choose an available time.

Why are some profile details still being updated?

We only publish professional information after confirming it with each consultant. Any missing detail will be added as soon as it is approved.

Is website information immigration advice?

No. The information here is general. Immigration advice depends on your circumstances and is provided during a professional consultation.
